Gustav Klimt/Sigmar Polke

In 2003 I was at Hannam University as a Fulbright artist/scholar. While there I asked students which artists were most important or interesting to them. More students mentioned Gustav Klimt than any other artist. In 2005 I was told that most students at Hannam would probably mention Sigmar Polke as their current favorite. I am sure that my students here in Vermont would have different responses. Use the discussion forum/comment area to talk about the following questions:
